Spectrum Life are seeking a passionate leader who can engage, influence, and motivate others with positivity and a result driven attitude. Reporting to the Managing Director, the ideal candidate should have the ability to lead cross departmental teams in a fast paced, agile, and changing environment. Proven experience managing performance and measuring success, with executive level visibility and confidence while maintaining regular reporting on progress, performance, risks/issues and planning is key to the role.


  • Ensure each department is working collaboratively on Company and Strategic Goals
  • Maintain, develop, adhere to, and report on any internal or external KPI and SLA management both nationally and internationally
  • Manage and Maintain performance of our Supplier and 3rd Party Contracts
  • Develop, Maintain, and Improve regular reporting on progress, performance, risks/issues and planning.
  • Act as the point of escalation for complaints review
  • Co-ordinate departments for continuous improvement
  • Maintain Strategic relationships while building relationships with new Contract and Tender Wins


      • 3/4 years’ experience working in a healthcare and or wellbeing environment with management responsibilities
      • Proven commercial experience and awareness
      • Project Management capabilities with ability to plan, initiate, monitor and implement projects within a team.
      • Service Delivery Management capabilities in particular service level management, incident management, change management and performance management.
      • Proven experience in a client facing position
      • Healthcare related qualification preferred
