We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Service Delivery Project Manager with a strong background in digital and service delivery projects to join our growing digital health company. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience managing healthcare projects and or digitally based project and possess expertise in Agile and Prince2 methodologies. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of various projects for a variety of Strategic Clients, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget while meeting the highest quality standards

As a Service Delivery Project Manager at Spectrum.Life, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimising service delivery projects, with a strong focus on change management, digital experience enhancement, workforce management, SLA and KPI management. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services that meet our clients' needs and expectations.


• Key Responsibilities:

 Change Management:

Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure seamless transitions and adoption of new processes or technologies.

Facilitate communication and training sessions to prepare teams for changes in service delivery.

 Digital Experience Enhancement:

Lead projects that enhance digital experiences for clients, patients, users, and internal teams.

Collaborate with IT teams to implement digital solutions that improve efficiency and user satisfaction, as well as client expectations

 Workforce Management:

Oversee workforce planning and resource allocation to ensure optimal service delivery.

Monitor team performance and make adjustments as necessary to meet project objectives.

 SLA and KPI Management:

Establish, track, and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure service quality and adherence to client expectations, as well as executive expectations.

Implement performance measurement systems and continuous improvement initiatives.

 Healthcare Experience:

Leverage your experience in healthcare to understand industry-specific challenges, compliance requirements, and best practices, as well as understanding the market that we are working with.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to align service delivery with industry standards.

 Project Management:

Plan, execute, and monitor service delivery projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope and budget, considering resourcing, capabilities, internal and external impact.

Manage project risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies.

 Stakeholder Engagement:

Build strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and external partners to align project goals and expectations.

Act as the main point of contact for project-related communications.

 Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and change requests.

Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and performance.


• Proven experience as a Project Manager with a focus on service delivery and change management in a fast paced environment.

• Strong digital experience and familiarity with healthcare information systems.

• Excellent organisational and leadership skills.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities teamed with professional leadership.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is preferred.

• Demonstrated success in SLA management and workforce planning.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing projects that demonstrate a wide and varied market reach, with a focus on digital and service delivery solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Experience working in Private Health Insurance and rolling out digitally based solutions and projects is preferrable

• Ability to demonstrate cross functional expertise.

• Comprehensive knowledge of industry trends, digital health technologies, regulations, and best practices

• Proven analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities that enable effective risk management and resolution of complex issues

• Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar platforms, and a strong command of Microsoft Office Suite

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines and maintaining a focus on quality
