ROLE BRIEF

We are seeking an experienced Senior JavaScript Developer to join our team. As a Senior Developer, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining complex web applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and innovative solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design, develop, and maintain web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks such as Vue.js and React.js.
Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and best practices.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Architect and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable codebase.
Optimize application performance and ensure responsiveness across different devices and browsers.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and fix issues.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in web development and recommend best practices to the team.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes and productivity.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Over 5 years of experience in web application development.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Good working knowledge of Bootstrap4 or higher
Good working knowledge of Vue.js
Experience with other modern JavaScript frameworks such as React.
Solid understanding of front-end technologies and architecture.
Experience with server-side JavaScript frameworks such as Node.js is a plus.
Knowledge of web development tools and build processes (e.g., Webpack, Babel).
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in developer communities is desirable.
