We are looking for bilingual (speaks fluent English and Portuguese) mental health coaches to join our ever-expanding team. Our mental health coaching service is launching early 2022, we are looking for our roll out team to deliver the service and work directly with coaching clients. The role is best suited to applicants who have completed training in mental health, and who are motivated to work with clients to support them managing and improving their mental health. The coaching service sits alongside the clinical services we provide across SpectrumLife. There will be training, supervision and collegial work between teams as part of this role.   • Work with clients delivering 1 to 1 mental health coaching, and group coaching (where needed), digitally delivered.
  • Escalate cases as per process and requirements, working with colleagues within the clinical and governance teams to support clients.
  • Maintain appropriate documentation around coaching work
  • Supporting on-going design and development an upcoming behavioural coaching service and other coaching services.
  • Ensuring appropriate handling of confidential client data and privacy in line with GDPR and related other data protection policies.
  • Attend scheduled supervision sessions and engage in periodic continuing professional development as may be required from time to time.


  • Qualification in applied mental health (such as psychotherapy training or counselling training) or Undergraduate qualification in Psychology with post graduation experience working with individuals.
