ROLE BRIEF

We are seeking a talented React Native Lead Developer to join our team. As the RN Lead Developer, you will be responsible for leading a small team of developers to design and build high-quality mobile applications using React Native. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, robust, and maintainable solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead and mentor a team of React Native developers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and best practices.
Design and develop mobile applications using React Native, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Architect and implement robust, reusable, and modular code components.
Optimize application performance and ensure code quality through testing and debugging.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in mobile development and recommend best practices to the team.
Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes and productivity.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in mobile application development.
3-5 years of experience with React Native framework.
Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and related technologies.
Strong understanding of mobile app architecture and design patterns.
Experience with state management libraries such as Redux.
Experience with WebRTC vendors and implementation
Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in developer communities is desirable.
